Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- All sales are final. I do not allow or offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for buyer's remorse. However, if an item you received is not what you ordered, please message me via the contact page or via email at jaycpins@gmail.com (do not instagram DM me).
- I reserve the right to cancel orders and/or remove access to my page for any reason.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I ship all my packages with tracking. However, if a package is marked as delivered but it is unable to be found, please contact your local Post Office. Unfortunately, once I hand packages over to the post office, I have no further control over them.
- If your order is lost in transit, I am unable to assist with refunds. However, I may be able to assist with a replacement depending on stock and inventory on a case by case basis via the contact form on my website or my email at jaycpins@gmail.com.
- There are no return services for international (US) packages. As such, if you do not receive your package, the package will be disposed of and not be returned to me. Thus for any rejected mail, I will not be processing any refunds.
Shipping:
- I am a Canadian maker, so all orders will be shipped tracked from Canada.
Shipping to the US will be a flat rate of $7.50 USD. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number with flat rate shipping.
Shipping to Canada will be untracked for $4 USD (to cover packaging and other costs). If you would like to get a tracking number, I can accommodate via my order form, however, it would likely be an extra $10-15 USD.
- My packages will be duties paid and tariffs will be covered by me, so you will not have to pay any customs fees. I will also do my best to ensure you do not encounter customs fees by lowering the package declared value.
- Shipping will take 4-10 business days upon drop off at the post office (you will receive a tracking number and email update).
- Combined shipping requests must be submitted immediately via my contact form or email at jaycpins@gmail.com.
Grading Scale:
- P4P (Pay for Production):
All P4P pins will be MIXED grade and not individually graded. As such, please do not purchase P4P pins unless you are okay with potential minor flaws or defects in the pins.
- A-Grade:
These pins are the best quality available, which should have few or minimal flaws. However, due to the fact that they are handmade, they may still have minor or hardly noticeable flaws, such as light scratches, light plating imperfections, light screen printing imperfections, light scratches, small specks, small air bubbles, or slight discoloration or smudging.
- B-Grade:
These pins may have several noticeable flaws that are more apparent at viewing from an arm's length, such as deeper scratches, large areas of enamel overfill or underfill, major screen printing imperfections or misalignment, major plating issues, or discolored or missing enamel.
Bent or wobbly backposts are not considered during grading of the pin and are assessed to my discretion.
I will do my best to not send out pins I would not want to personally own.
